Board meetings are open to all, but please note that seating and room capacity is limited. As such, you are welcome to watch the meeting by livestream, accessible at the link below:

The Board welcomes presentations at public meetings from parties on matters of interest to the board. Individuals or groups wishing to make presentations should request an opportunity to speak at least 15 business days prior to the meeting. The Board encourages presenters to provide written submissions at that time. The Board Chair will review the applications received and determine who will speak and the time allocation. Normally, no presentation will exceed 10 minutes.
